CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sweets Health by Rose, LLC, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of all clients, the following policy applies: 24 hours or more notice: Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty. Less than 24 hours' notice: The 50% deposit will be forfeited. Same-day cancellations: The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. No-shows: The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid impacting other appointments. Full service fees still apply. Membership and package appointments are subject to the same cancellation policy. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
